Ingredients
  • Bulgogi1 pack
  • Yeondu2 tbsp
  • Glass noodles 6 oz
  • Shiitake mushrooms 6 pcs
  • Green onions1 bunch
  • Napa cabbage 1/4 pc
  • Enoki mushrooms1 pack
  • Oyster mushrooms 1 pack
  • Tofu 1/2 pack
  • Carrot 2 oz
  • Onion 2 oz

Recipe

step 1

1. Cut all vegetables into bite-size pieces.

2. Soak the glass noodles in room-temperature water for about 15 minutes.

3. In a pot, place bulgogi, the soaked glass noodles, and all the prepped vegetables and tofu

4. Add yeondu and pour water until the ingredients are just covered (about 2-3 cups).

5. Bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until noodles and vegetables are tender.

6. Enjoy with rice!
