  • Mirin2 tbsp

Recipe

step 1

1. Slice the onion into thick rounds and place them on the bottom of the pot. Lay the green onions on top of the onions.

2. Place the pork on top and add salt and mirin.

3. Cover the pot and cook on medium-low heat. The pork will steam in its own juices. Cook for 30-40 minutes until tender
