Ingredients
  • MK Imitation Crab Meat Sticks4 pcs
  • Ottogi Olive Oil Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • CJ Roasted Seaweed2 pc
  • Cooked White Rice1 pack
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber 1 oz
  • Carrot1 oz
  • Avocado1 oz
  • Cilantro1/4 bunch
  • Sriracha1 tbsp
  • Lime juice1/2 tsp
  • Sugar & Salt 1.5 tsp

Recipe

step 1

1. Thinly slice cucumber, carrots, and avocado

2. Mix rice with vinegar, sugar, salt, and lime juice

3. Make dipping sauce with mayo and sriracha

4. Combine 2 pcs of seaweed by brushing the edges with water

5. Take mixed rice and press it firmly over half of the seaweed

6. Add fillings on top of rice and seaweed

7. Roll up tightly
