Ingredients


1 pack
Thinly sliced pork belly
2.5 tbsp
Gochujang
3 tbsp
Korean chili flakes
1 tbsp
Corn syrup
1 tbsp
Sugar
1 tbsp
Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp
Cooking wine
Black pepper (to taste)
1/s tbsp
Sesame seeds
Julienned green onion (for side garnish)

How to make it


Step 1

In a bowl, mix gochujang, Korean chili flakes, corn syrup, sugar, garlic, cooking wine, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Reserve a small amount of the sauce for the green onion salad.
Step 2

Add thinly sliced pork belly to the remaining sauce and mix well. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
Step 3

Thinly slice green onion and toss with the reserved sauce.
Step 4

Heat a pan over high heat and cook the pork until caramelized and fully cooked.
Step 5

Serve with seasoned green onion on the side.
