Mountain Vegetable Bibimbap features a variety of seasoned vegetables served over warm rice. Light, earthy, and nourishing, this dish highlights the natural flavors of traditional Korean mountain greens

Ingredients
  • Cooked rice1 pack
  • Seasoned edible mountain greens2 tbsp
  • Stir-fried balloon flower root (doraji)2 tbsp
  • Seasoned sweet potato sprouts2 tbsp
  • Gondeule herb (seasoned)2 tbsp
  • Seasoned radish slices2 tbsp
  • Seasoned lotus root2 tbsp
  • Egg (fried)1 pc
  • Bibimbap Sauce:
  • Gochujang2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Sugar2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp
  • Vinegar1 tbsp

1. Heat the cooked rice and place it in a serving bowl.

2. Arrange the seasoned mountain vegetables evenly over the rice.

3. Top with a fried egg.

4. Make the sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and vinegar until well combined in a bowl.

5. Pour the bibimbap sauce over the bowl before serving.
