  • Acorn Jelly1 pack
  • Cucumber1 pc
  • Onion1/4 pc
  • Lettuce Leaves5 pcs
  • Jalapeno (finely chopped)1 tbsp
  • Perilla leaves5 pcs
  • Carrot1/4 pc
  • Korean chili flakes1.5 tbsp
  • Soy sauce5 tbsp
  • Plum syrup1 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds1 tbsp
  • Green onion (chopped)3 tbsp

1.  Cut the acorn jelly into bite-sized pieces.

2. Thinly slice cucumber, onion, lettuce, perilla leaves, and carrot.

3. Make the sauce by mix Korean chili flakes, soy sauce, plum syrup, sugar, sesame seeds, chopped jalapeno, and green onion in a bowl.

4. Combine the acorn jelly and sliced vegetables in a large bowl.

5. Add the sauce and gently toss until evenly coated.
